Important: Retail sales are exclusively supported under the consignment model, as retail orders must be shipped as a single consolidated package from our distribution center. This ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and a seamless customer experience.

Brand owners are compensated based on the initial pricing agreement once their products are sold and fulfilled.

For brand owners who prefer to manage fulfillment independently, our marketplace model offers direct access to wholesale buyers. Orders placed through MedicalLook will be forwarded to the brand owner, who is responsible for shipping directly to the customer.

Payments are made directly to the brand owner by the buyer, and MedicalLook collects a small commission based on a pre-established agreement.
