400 PCS Vechte Fully Automated Thermoforming Machine for Aligners, Retainers, Mouthguards

Meet the wonderful Vechte Series. Vechte is our newly developed fully automated aligner thermoforming solution. This machine can thermoform starting at 100 models/hour, but can easily reach up to 700 models/hour with additional mechanical upgrades. Therefore, we work closely with our customers to customize the Vechte machines to fit directly into their workload. The result is a uniquely designed automatic thermoforming solution just for your practice or lab.

The Vechte comes with up to 10 bars of forming pressure and heating temperature up to 550°C (although most cases would only require up to around 350°C). This allows our machine to easily process most thermoforming materials. Aligners, retainers, and even mouthguards can be successfully thermoformed on the Vechte.

The Vechte comes with a completely new approach to automatic feeding. Our automated input feeding is the only one with a detachable tray sleeve. A detachable tray allows for the loading of models in between working shifts on the Vechte, providing a more comfortable and efficient reloading process. A single operator can easily load models onto the tray separately and then reattach the tray into the automatic feeder when the first workload is complete, allowing for almost seamless reloading process. This feature will massively cut down time during reloading and also provides the operator with a simple and effortless reloading experience.
